A former employee said this on Indeed "A typical day at Temasek involves performing the daily operations job that I have. The learning opportunities here is the worst. Recommendations are never taken in with consideration and discussion within the team. Not hierarchy. Management need to give a clearer direction of the company strategy so that the ground level staff is aware of big decision made by the management. Need more transparency".

Senior Officer (Current Employee) says"A typical day at work involves performing the daily operations job that I have. The learning opportunities here is good, my boss noted my interest in doing a role outside of what i am currently doing and give me the opportunity to try it out. Recommendations are usually taken in with consideration and discussion within the team. Not hierarchy. Colleagues are able to work well with each other and the environment is quite friendly. Management need to give a clearer direction of the company strategy so that the ground level staff is aware of big decision made by the management. Need more transparency.Good overall package, next to MRT, friendly colleaguesAverage benefits, workload is high as teams are quite small but not to the extent of not manageable, Can have more processes and guidelines in place to have a more standardize way of doing things."
